How do I place an order?

​Click on our SHOP tab at the top of the page and purchase from 'The Cock Candle', 'The Breakup Candle' or 'The Hens Night Candle'. Once payment is complete we will ship the item to you from our office in Auckland, New Zealand.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Once payment has been made, we will aim to send out the candle on the next business working day. If shipping is a New Zealand address, we will send you the courier post track and trace. For worldwide deliveries, there is no track and trace (unless shipping upgraded).

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow returns or refunds. If you do have issues with your product please contact us.

Safety Instructions

​

Remove all packaging before lighting candle. Never leave burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn on or near flammable materials. Burn candles on a heat resistant receptable that will retain any molten wax. Keep candles away from draughts, sources of heat, over hanging objects and walls. Do not touch when in use. Leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Take care not to blow molten wax when extinguishing flame. To minimize possible smoke, do not burn for long periods at a time. Trim wick to avoid large flames, carbon build up and smoky flames. Trick wick to ¼” (7mm) each time candle is lit. Keep wax pool free from debris such as match heads and wick trimmings to avoid secondary sources of flames. Do not allow candle to burn completely down to base. Place glass candle holder on non-flammable glass or ceramic receptacle when burning surfaces of the candleholder, especially the base will get hot during use.
